Welcome to Rooms in Dublin

We offer single and shared twin rooms in a selection of town houses in Dublin City Centre. As we are a very small company we can offer the personal touch to ensure that your stay in this vibrant city is as worry free and enjoyable as it should be.

Our rooms are great for any student over 18 and are available for the college year or just a term. The houses are situated within a short distance of city centre universities and colleges including Trinity College, Dublin Business School, DIT in Bolton and Kevin Street. One house is good for St Jame Hospital and Kings Inn. Connolly Station with its train service to Maynooth College is great for students in Maynooth who perfer the city centre life.

We also offer rooms during the summer holiday period - June to September - on a monthly basis to language students and other young visitors staying in Dublin. Some of our tenants stay for 3 years others for just a month but they all make friends for life!

All accommodation if self catering with a fully fitted shared kitchen. Bedrooms are fully furnished with linens supplied and desk and lamp all ready to go.

As  Ireland was the first country in Europe to introduce a smoking ban - all houses are non smoking. They all have a smoking area to the rear.
